Amber Hardy, Esq.

Amber Hardy earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. During her time in law school she interned with the San Diego Public Defender's and spent time working with the California Innocence Project. Ms. Hardy  became an attorney and a member of the California State Bar in 2012. Ms. Hardy's primary focus since becoming an attorney has been to defend clients facing criminal charges and immigration issues. She started her career successfully representing hundreds of  clients in the Superior Court of California throughout Southern California including Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Riverside. 

After a few years in the private sector Ms. Hardy decided to dedicate some time to the public sector. Ms. Hardy worked as a San Bernardino Deputy Public Defender for a few years where she continued her love of criminal and immigration  helping her coworkers and clients to develop immigration safe pleas. While in the Public Defender’s Office, Ms. Hardy handled thousands of criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors such as DUI’s and Domestic Violence to Felonies.

During her time as an attorney, Ms. Hardy has cultivated a reputation of honesty and integrity with the local bench as well as the District Attorney’s Offices. Ms. Hardy's experience has given her invaluable insight into the criminal  justice system and created relationships that provide an incredible asset in any criminal defense case. Ms. Hardy makes good use of these connections throughout her practice in advocating for the best results for her clients. In addition, to her extensive  criminal defense cases, Ms. Hardy also provides full representation in immigration law matters and is passionate about helping immigrants to stay in the United States legally. Ms. Hardy provides dedication, commitment and service to all matters and  clients she serves.

It is with this background that Ms. Hardy continues to provide highly effective and professional representation to hundreds of clients with cases ranging from simple DUI’s to special circumstance homicides or immigration issues.

Ms. Hardy is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, and the California Bar.


Ms. Hardy handles all major crimes including but not limited to homicides, kidnapping, assault, all drug offenses, all theft offenses, driving under the influence, and all misdemeanor matters.
